Key Responsibilities:
+ Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service and support
+ Coordinate client meetings, reviews, and advisor schedules
+ Prepare account documentation, portfolio reviews, and performance reports
+ Support account onboarding, maintenance, transfers, distributions, and beneficiary updates
+ Monitor pending business and coordinate with custodians, vendors, and internal partners
+ Assist with compliance reviews, audits, and regulatory requirements
+ Support investment and insurance transactions when appropriately licensed
