Handling client inquiries about IBKR's security system via phone, tickets and chatProblem management with a focus on security protocols and practicesAssisting clients in the configuration and use of IBKR's two-factor authentication smartphone appIdentification and escalation of issues about the secure login of clients using IBKR's smartphone app Qualification:
