Job Role: Client Servicing Manager - Event Operations Experience: 4–7 Years Location: Mumbai Role Overview An Client Servicing / Event Operations Manager to support the execution of premium B2B conferences, summits, awards and closed-door CXO events. This role will focus on operational planning, vendor coordination, speaker logistics and on-ground execution. The individual will work closely with senior leadership, production partners and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event delivery. This is a hands-on execution role requiring strong coordination skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Event Planning & Coordination Support end-to-end planning of conferences, summits and CXO events. Assist in building detailed project timelines and run-of-show documents.
