As a Client Solution Advisor within PNC's Fortis Advisors organization, you will be based remotely.
The Client Solution Advisor will manage Merger & Acquisition post-closing distributions from start to finish which includes analyzing data/spreadsheets and transaction documents, drafting distribution related documentation, interfacing closely with the seller advisory group, banks and buyer team to bring each distribution to a successful close. The Client Solution Advisor is heavily involved in the payment mechanics and tracking post-closing activities related to each Merger & Acquisition transaction....
