Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize focus clients each quarter/annually in collaboration with leadership
- Build client-specific strategies, Joint Business Plans (JBPs), and growth roadmaps
- Drive adoption of new products, tools, and solutions across client accounts
- Deliver trainings and enablement sessions to upskill clients
