About the Role
We are seeking a Client Success Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring client satisfaction and retention by delivering exceptional service and building strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients and partners. You will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring seamless service delivery and driving client success through effective communication and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the retention of assigned accounts by addressing client needs, resolving issues, and maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs, conducting regular updates and identifying new opportunities.
- Ensure timely and accurate coordination with clients and insurers for claims approvals, endorsements, Letters of Guarantee (LOGs), Letters of Authorisation (LOAs) and other service requests.
