Position Summary
We are currently recruiting for a Client Success Coordinator to join our team in Ontario, Canada .
The successful candidate will responsible for operational execution of client programs including data governance, process changes, and on-site client support. Facilitating the connection between internal and external operational stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Support Stewardship Review Process Ensure Compliance with Client Pricing/Procedures Implement strategic initiatives as directed. Develop recommendations and Improvements for within department and within the business. Client Onboarding/Offboarding Oversee and maintain key data reporting (ie time per file, revenue analysis, volume) Work with client and operations to clear roadblocks in operational projections
