About the Role:
As a Customer Success Manager, you will partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales to drive customer value, retention, and revenue growth across key accounts. You will work closely with some of the most complex and high-impact customers, helping them successfully adopt and leverage the platform’s full suite of products and features.
You will succeed in this role if you are an organized, proactive self-starter who understands customer lifecycle management, can build strong stakeholder relationships, and can clearly articulate value to both technical and business audiences.
