- Be the friendly face of the company by visiting clients regularly and keeping relationships strong and positive.
- Tackle questions, concerns, and issues from partner institutions with a solutions-first mindset.
- Handle B2C concerns through our ticketing platform and make sure every issue finds its way to resolution.
- Know when to escalate high-impact issues to the right teams so nothing gets stuck.
- Help bring company events to life by supporting attendees—especially our valued existing clients.
Account Growth Champion
- Get to know our clients well by identifying their pain points and matching them with services that truly help.
- Introduce clients to new services that can add value to their business.
