Job Description
The Role:
As a Client Success Partner, you will work with a regional team and be responsible for:
- Managing new & existing accounts, including helping in troubleshooting and providing support to new and existing customers.
- Providing onboarding assistance and product/feature demos.
- Acting as an advocate for clients to improve clients' experience (e.g. identify needs, handle and resolve customer requests and complaints)
- Implementing, improving and standardising key processes to ensure a consistent and delightful journey for the customers.
- Providing continuous feedback to our product managers and help prioritising improvements based on customer feedback.
- Creating initiatives to drive customer satisfaction and adoption.
- Undertaking ad-hoc projects when required.
