- Manage and respond to client emails requesting portal access.
- Verify client identities and confirm their access needs and permissions.
- Support onboarding by guiding clients through setup and login steps.
- Work with the Education/Outreach team to validate requests and IT to issue credentials.
- Review prepared data and highlight simple insights or trends.
- Communicate with clients by email or phone and provide friendly, clear support.
- Maintain accurate records of requests and client interactions.
- Suggest improvements to streamline the onboarding and access process.
