Job Description
Raphael & Associates is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Client Support Coordinator. The Client Support Coordinator is responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including certified, registered, and overnight deliveries. This role ensures timely, accurate distribution and shipment while maintaining proper tracking and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Receive, sort, and distribute all incoming mail and packages (USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.)
+ Prepare and process outgoing mail, including standard, certified, registered, and overnight shipments
+ Maintain logs and tracking records for certified and accountable mail
+ Ensure proper labeling, postage, and documentation for all outgoing shipments
+ Coordinate courier pickups and deliveries as needed
+ Monitor and replenish mailroom supplies (envelopes, labels, postage, etc.)
