THIS ROLE WILL BE ONSITE 5 DAYS PER WEEK IN MIDTOWN MANHATTAN.
Small office of a global investment firm seeks an experienced Client Support/Office Manager to join their team. This person will be responsible for :
US Client Service (55% of time)
· Update APX and client portal for new/closed accounts and contacts
· Quarterly invoice review
· Executive reporting
· Create client presentations (entry level)
· Advisory channel support
o Enter leads (Stage 0 Opportunities) into Salesforce for Advisory Channel
o Check custodian interfaces for advisor channel activity (pull down/save reports)
o Advisory sales tracking (pull down/save reports)
· Work with sales associates to assist in ongoing CRM maintenance
· Validate and track client cash flows
NY Office Management (25% of time)
· Provide professional front desk presence and premium service
