- Greet and register patients upon arrival, ensuring accurate collection and entry of personal and medical information
- Schedule and manage patient appointments, follow-ups, and reminders
- Assist doctors and nurses during consultations and minor procedures as needed
- Prepare consultation rooms, maintain cleanliness and ensure all equipment and supplies are available
- Dispense prescribed medications and provide basic medication instructions to patients
