Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities Pre-requisites:
  • Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge with Han Yu Pin Yin inputs
  • Relevant working experience will be an added advantage
Responsible for all the operational activities in the clinic. Duties at the reception counter include, but are not limited to the following:
  • registration of patients including retrieving and filing of patients’ consultation cards and entering of patients’ details into the computer system
  • cashier duties which include reconciliation of daily cash collection, preparing bank-in lists and depositing of cheques and cash.
  • taking appointments (where applicable)
  • taking phone calls and handling patients’ enquiries.
