We are looking for a service‑oriented team player with a strong passion to serve in healthcare to provide quality patient experience for the clients.
Job description- Perform frontline service such as registration of patients, handle patients’ enquiries, attend to phone enquiries and scheduling of patients’ appointments.
- Preparation of drugs and dispensing of medicines
- Educate patients on the medication and procedures
- Assist doctor during patient consultations and minor procedures
- Provide nursing care to patients
- Perform administrative duties such as handle billing transactions, payment, insurance claim submissions and ensure proper documentation and filing.
- Manage clinic inventory and replenish of medicines and consumable items.
- Attend to other duties as assigned by the Doctor.
