- Provide frontline support including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and billing
- Attend to walk-in patients and phone/email enquiries professionally
- Assist doctors and nurses during consultations or procedures
- Handle administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and inventory tracking
- Maintain clinic cleanliness, stock levels, and records management
- Ensure smooth daily operations and deliver excellent customer service
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
