Responsibilities
- Assist doctor and ensure operational efficiency of the clinic
- Perform front desk duties - registering patients, answering phone calls, dealing with enquiries and assisting doctor's needs
- Cashiering duties - payment collection, filing relevant claims, bookkeeping, filing of documents
- Dispensary duties
- Clinical duties - assisting clinical tasks like ECG, nebulizer, dressing, minor surgical procedures, triaging
- Inventory - maintain adequate supplies and functionality of consumables, medications, stationery, medical equipment; stock taking and organization of stock
- Submission of claims for patients under insurance and company employee benefit schemes
- Maintenance of clinic's cleanliness and appearance
- Being punctual
- Being polite and professional to patients and their family members
