Job Responsibilities
Appointment and Patient Flow Management
- Manage appointments for walk-in patients, phone calls, and WhatsApp inquiries.
- Send reminders for upcoming appointments.
- Follow up with patients who missed their appointments (defaulter tracing).
- Call patients into the consultation room when it’s their turn.
- Retrieve medications prescribed by the doctor and present them for cross-checking.
- Collect payments and issue receipts.
- Arrange follow-up appointments.
