Our client is currently hiring for the position of Clinic In-charge.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
• Ensure adherence to clinic protocols, hygiene standards, and DHA regulations.
• Coordinate patient flow, appointment scheduling, and treatment room readiness.
• Supervise front desk staff, nurses, therapists, and support staff.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and shift planning.
• Handle client concerns, feedback, and service recovery professionally.
• Manage patient records, documentation, and consent forms.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
