Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage operations including advertising, administration, inventory control, customer booking, staff scheduling.
- Manage and lead a team. Leverage responsibilities of the Aestheticians for them to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Perform operational store functions such as providing product and service expertise to customers, maintaining a synergistic environment and professionalism.
- Manage and handle cash on a daily basis
- Manage the clinic’s inventory of supplies and products.
- Maintain clinic safety standards and cleanliness as required.
Qualifications
- Must be a College Graduate
- 2 years minimum experience in Management gained in Beauty/ cosmetics/ aesthetic field
- Experience of working within a target driven and fast paced environment.
