About the Role
- Assist in clinic operations such as patient registration, triage, and preparation
- Perform basic clinical procedures (e.g. Height and weight measurements, Vital signs monitoring, Blood taking and specimen handling, ECG and treadmill tests, Vaccination and health screening support, etc.)
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of medical records
- Uphold infection control and safety standards within the clinic
- Handle appointment booking and billing transactions
- Respond to phone and email enquiries promptly and professionally
What We Are Looking For
- Registered nurse with valid SNB practicing certificate
- Diploma in Nursing
- Min 1-3 years of relevant work experience in clinic settings
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
