Responsibilities
- To cordially receive all patients with or without an appointment, directly from the lobby and A&E.
- Strictly maintain the confidentiality and safety of the patient at all times in the hospital.
- Ensure smooth flow of the clinic and apply the best clinic management at all times.
- To ensure all appointments are recorded in ENCORMED.
- Handle rescheduling, cancellations, and follow-ups while minimizing wait times and scheduling.
- Mobility of the workstation.
- Assist (Chaperon) in any procedure carried out in their clinic.
- To ensure charges are correct and to justify the treatment plan for the patient.
- Monthly Clinic Census.
- May perform work under pressure and other related work, including teamwork, working in harmony with all.
