Key Responsibilities
- Assist plastic surgeons in aesthetic and reconstructive surgical procedures under sterile conditions.
- Prepare and set up operating instruments, equipment, and consumables before each surgery.
- Perform surgical scrubbing, draping, and instrument handling during procedures.
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control and aseptic techniques.
- Monitor patients condition pre-, intra-, and post-procedure in collaboration with the clinical team.
- Assist in minor procedures, wound dressing, injections, and post-op care.
- Handle and maintain instruments, ensure proper sterilization and storage after procedures.
- Maintain accurate surgical and patient care documentation.
- Support front-line and administrative duties when required (e.g., patient scheduling, consent forms).
