Clinic Service Representative – Endocrinology – Days
Endocrinology focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes, thyroid disorders, osteopenia, osteoporosis, growth problems, metabolism disorders, menopause issues, and other conditions and diseases related to hormones. The Henry Ford Endocrinology staff will create a personalized care plan with you and your primary care doctor to manage your condition effectively.
Under general supervision, standard operating procedures for all patient registration activities including patient reception, face-to-face check-in and checkout, preregistration, insurance verification, cash collections, chart reconciliation and patient discharge. Actively contributes to an organizational culture committed to the highest degree of service excellence standards to all customer groups.
