*Purpose of this position:*Within the context of the Hennepin County Medical Center Patient and Family - Centered Care (PFCC) Practice Model, and under general direction, performs work of considerable difficulty in planning, organizing, coordinating, evaluating, and directing nursing and clinical activities in the ambulatory clinics and telehealth nursing areas.
