Responsibilities- Register patients accurately to ensure smooth clinic flow and data integrity
- Dispense medications correctly to meet patient treatment needs and safety standards
- Collect payments efficiently to maintain accurate financial records
- Schedule patient appointments with SGIMED and HAS to optimize clinic capacity
- Process claims for VCDSS, CHAS, HSG, and TPA to support patient subsidies and reimbursements
- Monitor and check stock levels regularly to maintain adequate medical and office supplies
- Organize documents and forms related to labs, AMD, and miscellaneous tasks to ensure easy retrieval and compliance
