About the Opportunity
We are seeking highly organized and experienced Clinic Supervisor/Manager to oversee the daily operations of our GP clinic in My Family Clinic (Choa Chu Kang)
The successful candidate will provide support, direction, and oversight of the day-to-day operations, manage staff and development, ensuring quality patient care, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
What You'll be Doing- Oversee day-to-day operations of the clinic; including and not limited to team supervision in their execution of daily activities, managing rosters, resource planning, slots management and downtime process.
- Support implementation of policies and procedures to improve clinic operations
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure patient confidentiality
- Manage inventory and ordering of medical supplies and equipment
