Established in 2009, the NTU Chinese Medicine Clinic serves as a TCM Board‑approved teaching clinic for the programmes in Biomedical Sciences and Chinese Medicine at the School of Biological Sciences, College of Science. We offer a range of services including acupuncture, cupping, tuina treatment massage for adults, paediatric tuina, and herbal medication.
We are seeking a dynamic and service‑oriented Clinic Support Officer to contribute to the clinic’s operational excellence and enhance patient service delivery.
Responsibilities- Handle telephone enquiries and manage appointment bookings for patients.
- Coordinate and match patients’ needs with appropriate physicians, taking into account patient preferences and well‑being.
