With a strong background in Clinical Operations (CRA, CTM…) and a passion for real workflow innovation, this could be your next challenge.
What will you do?
- Lead the digitalization strategy for Clinical Operations
- Redesign workflows using AI and automation
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and oversight
- Act as a bridge between Clinical, IT/Digital, and Data teams
- Drive adoption of new tools and ways of working
- Build best practices and foster a culture of innovation
