As an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator/Nurse Mentor, you will understand and demonstrate that all residents within the facility on the beach side, receive the highest quality of clinical care, Utilise your experience of client centre care and overall relationship building to support the growth and complexity of requirements within aged care, to continue grow and stability for all connected to your role.
The Clinical Care Coordinator will be responsible for the total management and resourcing of all care needs onsite, documentation and assessments alignment with best-in-class clinical practices you ensure are current and up to date.
