This is an opportunity for an experienced and compassionate care professional to take on the role of Clinical Deputy Manager at Agincare's flagship Tower Bridge Care Home in London. As the Clinical Deputy Manager, you will lead a dedicated team to deliver safe, personalized, and dignified care to the residents, setting the standard for exceptional care across the organization.
Main duties of the job
As the Clinical Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for leading the care team to ensure the care delivered to the residents is safe, supportive, and person-centered. You will regularly review the residents' needs and ensure the general standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and equipment are maintained for their safety and well-being. You will also support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, assuming full capacity in their absence.
