**Location:** Ascension All Saints Hospital - Racine, WI
**Setting:** 263-bed acute care hospital
**Schedule:** Full-time | Monday–Friday with rotating weekends
**Requirement:** Registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration
**Position Details:** Deliver evidence-based medical nutrition therapy to hospitalized patients. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams. Complete nutrition assessments and documentation in the EMR. Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
**Salary Range:** $60k - $75k based on experience
**$10K Sign-on/Retention Bonus OFFERED!**
**$2500k sign-on bonus paid after 90 days**
**$2500k retention bonus paid after one year**
**$5k retention bonus paid after two years**
