**Description:**
St. Peter’s Health Partners is seeking motivated, patient‑focused **Clinical Dietitians** to join our dynamic Clinical Nutrition Services team. In this role, you will provide evidence‑based nutritional assessment, counseling, and medical nutrition therapy to patients across diverse inpatient and/or outpatient settings.
You’ll collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, therapists, and care teams to develop individualized nutrition care plans that optimize health outcomes and support SPHP’s mission of providing exceptional, holistic care.
