£47,438 - £62,758 per annum (2025/26 Rates)
Applications are invited for this post in Geriatric Medicine. This post is to support the care of patients on our assessment and rehabilitation ward. This 24 bedded ward is a unique combination of general, stroke, and orthogeriatric rehabilitation, additionally we often provide more specialist rehabilitation for those with paraplegia or amputations, who want to have rehabilitation close to home.
We are a small 45 bed hospital, providing care to a population of 35,000 in a remote and area, as a small team we are often able to provide a degree of continuity of care of people living with frailty who may have recurrent admissions to hospital, and build relationships with them and their families which last throughout their jo...
