The Cleveland Clinic Digestive Disease Institute and Neurological Institute announce a search for a health psychologist with an interest in a new model of care: Advanced Endoscopy Medical Home. Cleveland Clinic is a World Class academic medical center and our Department of Gastroenterology, Hepatology & Nutrition is a national leader in the treatment of gastrointestinal disorders. Our Advanced Endoscopy Medical Home model of care provides an integrated patient-centered population health approach to management and treatment of Interventional Endoscopy patients, including patients undergoing diagnosis and treatment for esophageal and gastric cancer and esophageal disorders with a team including gastroenterologists, nurse practitioners, nurse coordinators, and a dietitian.
