Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform lab operations following standard procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct phlebotomy, ECG, spirometry, and various clinical lab tests (e.g., blood, urine, glucose tests).
- Ensure proper handling, identification, and storage of test specimens.
- Operate and maintain lab equipment; report malfunctions or arrange servicing.
- Use the Laboratory Information System (LIS) for data entry and tracking results.
- Perform quality control, calibrations, and troubleshooting for equipment and test results.
- Report critical values promptly and maintain accurate records.
- Follow safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards (e.g., IPSG, ISO).
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, doctors, and colleagues.
- Assist with other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Biomedical Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
