Job Description
Job Summary The Clinical Launch & Education Manager (CL&EM) supports IVitamin’s expansion by ensuring new clinic locations launch successfully while maintaining strong clinical training, compliance standards, and early-stage performance across all locations.
This role focuses on standing up new clinics from a clinical readiness standpoint, managing training systems, supporting clinical compliance, and driving successful outcomes during the first 90 days of operation.
The CL&EM reports to the Regional Manager and collaborates closely with the Systems Operations Manager and Chief Medical Officer.
During the pre-launch phase and first 60–90 days following opening, this role provides direct onboarding, training, and in-clinic support before transitioning ownership to the Regional Manager.
