Clinical Lead Dentist / Inverness, Highlands / Full Time
MBR Dental are currently assisting a group of dental practices located in Inverness, Highlands to recruit a Clinical Lead to join their team on a permanent basis.
- Available as soon as possible.
- Notice periods are taken into consideration.
- Full time opportunity with part time considered.
- Practice can offer 50% remuneration
- Generous profit share and bonus package worth £150,000 per year.
- 6-8% profit share, health board joining bonus of up to £25,000 plus £10,000 company joining bonus.
- Opportunity to become a VPD trainer worth £6000 per VDP plus a £10,000 bonus if the VPD is retained within the group.
- Dentist will be required to lead a patient focussed practice, manage performance and develop new Dentists.
- Position would suit an experienced Dentist who has a passion for patient care and strong clinical skills.
