Job Description

Clinical Lead Dentist / Inverness, Highlands / Full Time

MBR Dental are currently assisting a group of dental practices located in Inverness, Highlands to recruit a Clinical Lead to join their team on a permanent basis.


Position Details:

  • Available as soon as possible.

  • Notice periods are taken into consideration.

  • Full time opportunity with part time considered.

  • Dentist will be required to lead a patient focussed practice, manage performance and develop new Dentists.

  • Position would suit an experienced Dentist who has a passion for patient care and strong clinical skills.

    • Remuneration & Benefits:

  • Practice can offer 50% remuneration

  • Generous profit share and bonus package worth £150,000 per year.

  • 6-8% profit share, health board joining bonus of up to £25,000 plus £10,000 company joining bonus.
