Job Title: Clinical Lead GP
Location: Giffard Drive Surgery
Salary: £12,700 per session
Sessions: 6 sessions per week:
2 sessions per day: Monday, Tuesday & Friday 8.30 - 12.40 and 14.20 - 18.30
Job Type: Permanent
Main duties of the job
The Clinical Lead GP is a senior leader within the practice with overall responsibility for the delivery of high‑quality, evidence‑based, safe, and equitable patient care. This role encompasses direct clinical responsibilities, strategic oversight, and the proactive leadership of a multidisciplinary team, including line management, performance oversight, and development of the clinical workforce.
