Clinical Manager, North East Specialized Geriatric Centre (NESGC)
Salary: $120,628.04 - $141,915.28 per annum. Full-time, Permanent.
Key function: Manage the human and material resources of NESGC in a fiscally responsible manner. Plan, communicate, coordinate, and evaluate activities to ensure the smooth delivery of patient/client services using clinical knowledge and leadership skills to promote delivery of optimal care.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and manage clinical programs to meet the needs of complex older adults.
- Work collaboratively with leaders, front-line providers, patients and families to implement best-practice models of care.
- Manage human and material resources to achieve program functions.
- Develop internal and external processes for high quality care.
- Develop the clinical teams to be experts in geriatrics for the North East.
