Overview
- Ensure that all services comply with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the administrative and daily operations of the diagnostic clinic, including supervision of staff duties.
- Provide overall supervision and disseminate information to clinic staff regarding updates and/or changes in company protocols.
- Supervise all Clinic Officers-in-Charge (OICs) and lead regular staff meetings.
- Develop and implement an effective inventory control system to ensure timely procurement of necessary office and clinic supplies.
- Address and resolve patients’ complaints promptly and professionally.
- Support clinic staff in preventing, minimizing, and resolving clinical and ethical issues that may arise.
