I'm currently working on a fantastic opportunity for a Healthcare Litigation Solicitor (NQ-4 PQE) to join a highly regarded national firm with a long-standing reputation in the healthcare sector.
This is a brilliant role for a newly qualified solicitor or junior associate looking to develop their career within a specialist healthcare team, acting on behalf of NHS bodies, independent healthcare providers and other health and social care organisations.
The Role
You’ll work as part of an experienced and supportive team handling a broad range of healthcare litigation matters. The caseload will include:
- Defendant clinical negligence claims
- Inquests and advisory work
- Healthcare regulatory and public law matters
- Sensitive and complex claims often involving reputational considerations
