Job Description
Relocate to beautiful Kingaroy as the Clinical Nurse for a reputable and supportive Aged Care organisation. You will provide clinical leadership and mentoring to nursing and care staff. This position ensures all statutory, regulatory and internal clinical reporting and documentation is in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards and Accreditation Standards.
Position Requirements:
Essential
- Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and possession of a current practising certificate
- Work Values - Demonstrates honesty, integrity and respect for all residents, carers and staff
- Work Ethics - Demonstrates strong self-management skills, a commitment to nursing and flexibility to adapt to unexpected changes
- Experience in Aged Care
- Knowledge of the Aged Care Funding Instrument and Accreditation Standards.
