Position Overview: Aga Khan University is recruiting a Clinical Nurse, Home Health Programme .
The successful candidate will:
- Demonstrate safe handling and proper use of equipment and supplies.
- Provide high-quality, personalized, holistic nursing care to all assigned patients.
- Administer medication safely, with knowledge of drugs and dosages, referring to drug manuals or pharmacy information as needed, and monitor patient responses to medication, reporting findings promptly.
- Counsel and educate patients on health behaviors.
- Efficiently use electronic monitoring equipment.
- Perform patient assessments and develop care plans accordingly.
