Job Description
<p>The function of the Clinical Nurse Manager 1 is to develop, maintain, and evaluate an environment that supports the professional nurse in the provision of excellence in patient care. It is predominantly a clinical role with an educational focus. The Clinical Nurse Manager 1 will deputise for the Unit Manager as required.</p>
<p>Other key responsibilities are delivery of agreed KPI’s, Nursing Metrics, Quality, Audit and Safety, Promotion of good working relationships and adherence to the highest standards of patient care.</p>
