Responsibilities:*
- The Clinical Nurse Manager will play a central role in Assessing, Planning, Implementing and evaluating nursing care
- The CNM will lead the Nursing team in delivering Person-Centred care to our residents.
- Preparing and Administrating Drugs in line with Company policy and 'An Bord Altranais' guidelines
- Ensuring resident's hygiene/personal care needs are maintained to the highest standards while maintaining the resident's dignity at all time
