Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the Infusion Services Unit to ensure efficient and safe patient care. Lead and supervise nursing staff, providing guidance, support, and clinical oversight. Coordinate the administration of infusion therapies, including chemotherapy, biologics, blood products, iron infusions, and IV medications. Ensure compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and evidence-based practice standards. Monitor patient safety and quality of care, responding appropriately to adverse reactions and clinical emergencies. Manage staff rostering, workload allocation, and resource utilization to maintain effective service delivery.
