Brightwater has an exciting opportunity available at our site at Onslow Gardens for an experienced Registered Nurse with excellent leadership capabilities, to take on a Clinical Nurse Manager role.
As a Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) you will work in partnership with the site Service Manager to ensure high standards of clinical care to our clients, consistent with the Aged Care Quality Standards and Brightwater’s Clinical Governance Framework. CNMs provide clinical leadership and support to a team of health professionals, promoting holistic care to clients in a way that reflects Brightwater’s Mission and Values.
